Election 2011: Engaging Local Candidates on Heritage Issues

OTTAWA, Ontario, April 8, 2011 – With the federal election in full swing the Heritage Canada Foundation (HCF) has developed a series of questions on issues affecting the built heritage sector and suggestions on how to engage local candidates.

Go to Election 2011on HCF’s website and find out how to make candidates aware of the importance of heritage buildings to the environment and the economy.

Keep checking the Election 2011 webpage as HCF will be posting political parties’ positions on important conservation issues as they become available.
