This workshop will cover the basics including what a Heritage Conservation District is and the steps to set one up. We will also use examples from around the Province to discuss best practices used for implementation in monitoring. Drawing on the experience of the local HCD we will examine potential changes to districts and how to manage changes. Part of this workshop will be a hands on group activity to put your knowledge to use in a practical manner.
