Heritage Toronto, the Heritage Property Tax Rebate Program and the Heritage Grants program have all been recommended as possible cuts by KPMG.
Mayor Ford has asked that anyone who wishes to address the Executive Council on Thursday, can do so for five minutes on potential cuts. To sign up please email exc@toronto.ca
