Recently, we went to the Waterloo Region Museum for the Ontario Historical Society Conference. Its a great space with interesting architectural pieces built in. For instance the lines of the railway and Huron Road cross the foyer and historic maps can be found on the walls (see picture above).
The museum and the attached Doon HeritageVillage tell the Region's history.
